Recording transactions

Recording day to day transactions and bank reconciliations to allow an up to date look at the financial picture of a business.

Payroll

Running payroll on a weekly, biweekly, bimonthly, or monthly basis depending on the business needs.

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Handling of all Vendor and Customer accounts to allow an up-to-date picture of incoming and outgoing revenue.

Inventory Counts

Running inventory counts quarterly or at the end of the year depending on the size of the business.

Year End

Work with the business accountant to prepare the end-of-the-year financial reporting and closing of accounts.

Financial Statements

Preparing financial statements such as Income statements, Balance sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
